ShipLinker is hiring a results-driven Business Development & Sales professional to bring our AI chartering platform to the global shipping community. In this role, you will own the full commercial cycle — opening doors with shipowners, charterers, and fellow brokers, converting them into ShipLinker subscribers, and nurturing long-term relationships that turn first-time users into advocates.
You will act as the face of ShipLinker in the chartering market, building a book of business across owners, charterers, and brokerage houses while championing how AI can streamline their day-to-day workflow. This is a hunter-and-farmer role: equal parts new business development and account management.
ShipLinker is hiring an experienced Chartering Broker to run the day-to-day operations of our AI-powered chartering platform. You will be the human expertise behind the algorithm — onboarding new clients, turning AI-generated matches into real fixtures, guiding users through every step of the deal, and ensuring every transaction meets the standards of the international chartering market.
This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of ShipLinker's product. You will own the workflow from the moment a new client signs on — walking them through their first use of the platform — all the way through to a signed fixture: qualifying opportunities, brokering negotiations, coordinating documentation, and supporting post-fixture operations. You will work side by side with our clients — owners, charterers, and brokers — and serve as a critical feedback loop to our engineering and product teams.
